Johnny Weir, the American figure skating champion, has reportedly ATVbeen rejected from Stars on Ice Tour because he is deemed not “family friendly” enough – that’s according to the Gay and Lesbian Alliance against Defamation. Johnny Weir represented America at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver where he hit headlines because of the some of the comments of commentators who remarked on Weir’s flamboyant costumes. Weir has refused to state his sexuality but many believe he is gay and this is thought to be the reason why he’s reportedly rejected from taking part in the Stars on Ice Tour. However, it’s yet to be officially announced that Weir will not be taking part in the tour.
